Lovely food. Good communication from the team on our order

We tried the Mexican choices and the food was really tasty and a good quantity. Unfortunately the delivery was a bit slow and the food was starting to cool.

Food was cold. Not just 1 meal. All 4 meals where cold. Shocking service from Pasha. Tried to phone back and complain. Took 10 minutes to get through in the phone to a restruant that is not busy.

Awful! We ordered some items, delivery time 40mins, when it eventually arrived (90 mins later) we were told that they’d run out of Mongolian noodles so had got some from ‘the restaurant’ which was odd. When we opened it we had been given a meal from Chinese takeaway!!! AND all the other food was stone cold as he’d obviously been sitting at the takeaway! To top it all I called up to let them know I was unhappy & was told ‘Mongolian noodles are not Turkish, what do you expect?’ And then he hung I on me! Diabolical customer service, rotten food & bad attitude

The food was delivered early but the flavours were really good and would have no hessitation in ordering again. WE had the pleasure of the Chef delivering the food as well whaih was much appreciated.

Very tasty food especially the mixed grill. we also tried tried the noodles and it wass also very tasty.

Thought it was in a pitta bread but it wasn’t. Must have been us ordering the wrong thing. Could do with pictures for each item.

The food was excellent … true top restaurant standard. All items arrived hot and freshly prepared. The only downside to our order was that the Iskender arrived with potatoes in the sauce, not bread as stated on the restaurant menu. We will be ordering again very soon!!

Asked for a 21:50 delivery, it arrived around 19:30 instead when I wasn’t home. After calling the restaurant though they were excellent and delivered new portions which were hot and delicious. We’ve been to the restaurant and loved it and while the delivery time issue was irritating, the food is always delicious and they handled the situation well. We’ll be back!

due to a problem with the app my meal was late however the restaurart dealt with the problem quickly when made aware and the food was very good

For a while been gradually getting less food, for example used to get bulger rice mixed with chicken and a piece of turkish bread, now better value from else where for price and feeds more.

Food was cold. Food was overpriced for what you got. Would not eat from here again as a takeaway. The restaurant side may be different but we will never know. Not impressed.

Minor issue with the collection, however still the best meal along the hight street. Have been many times and have never been disappointed and tonight made no change! Looking forward already to our next order!

I pre ordered my delivery and no one called to say they didn’t have a driver. I waited just over two hours, food was freezing and service on the phone was horrendous. No apology, so blunt and at no point did they think to call to explain the situation. By call number 3 they ignored my number, I called from another phone and only then did they answer. Wouldn’t recommend or come back

Collected our 3 main meals and 2 starters at the alloted time. 5 mins from the restaurant to our house but the food was cold. Took another 15 mins to reheat in our oven. We paid for our meals by a voucher we had received as a gift from friends. The gentleman in the restaurant was very reluctant to accept it because a member of his staff had not signed it. He examined it a few times making my husband feel very awkward.

I received a really warm welcome when collecting my order this evening (thanks for the offer of Turkish tea while my order was being boxed). All the components of both dishes (Combination Grill Selection and Maga Mixed Grill for 1) were excellent quality. All the various cuts of lamb and the chicken were tender and cooked to perfection. We only used some of the sauces to put on the rice; not on the lamb / chicken because the charcoal flavour was so nice. I would highly recommend Pasha, Kirkcaldy - the takeaway price was excellent value and I will definitely return with my wife for a sit-in meal next time as the restaurant has lovely decor a nice ambience to it.

Lied to about delivery. 55 mins late. I phoned and told driver had an accident. I asked him! Blatant lie. He said they were busy. Food was good but I hate lies They should still mommy have been honest. Do not trust!!!
